       Lewis' books are a great introduction to the concept of god and religion for children.  Whether you realize it or not you are learing about god and his goodness through Aslan and other characters in the Narnia books.  This is a good thing for everyone.  We could all bask in the glow of god's glory a bit more in our lifetime... even if it is while enjoying an endearing childrens book.
