       Peter Pan is one of the most imaginative children's stories every told.  In one book ,Barrie managed to get in a flying pixie, an old English sheep dog, pirates, Indians, an adolescent that never grew up and never will, fairy dust and every kid's dream of a vacation destination, Never Never Land.  All of this with no adult supervision!  Remarkable.  No wonder this book has captured the imagination of children and adults for generations and has been made into a long running Broadway musical that makes a comeback now and again to appreciative audiences always, a major animated feature from the studios of Walt Disney and, of course a theme park attraction.  The author will never know what a wonderful ride he gave us.
