       Taxi Driver, Raging Bull, Goodfellas, The Departed...that these masterpieces are all directed by one man is unbelievable! And the fact that average works by his standards are Gangs of New York, The Aviator and Shutter Island....to most other directors they would be masterpieces! Scorsese is miles ahead of any directors, and he also moulded Robert De Niro into the greatest actor of all time.....what more needs to be said? Noone has contributed more to film than Scorsese,  an absolute genius.
