On the Origin of Species
By Charles Darwin
Review of On the Origin of Species by Charles Darwin

I agree that this book
should be at the top of any non-fiction best list. I wonder, though, how many people have actually
waded through this tome? It is difficult, scientific, dry reading about one of the most important scientific
theories of all time. Darwin clearly explains (in detail, ad infinitum) what his complicated theory of
evolution and the origin of the species is all about. and cites several scientific facts and discoveriesi to prove
his theory is probably much more than theory, but actual scientific fact. It is also one of the
least understood of all scientific theories. As the decades go by, Darwin's theory proves itself
to be more fact and less theory.
