       This book is outstanding.  I've read it 5 times.  Definitely one of the best books of all time.  What's hard to believe is that the sequel, "Dark Sun; Making of the Hydrogen Bomb" is even better.  Both books are extremely well written and provide an in depth look into the origins of the atomic bomb and the Cold War that followed.  A must read for science and/or history buff.
