I say
out of any of Jane's novels Persuasion was my favorite. The
whole second chance at love sequence made it one of her best
works. Like the rest of her novels, there is definitly
problems. but I say not as problematic as her other books. One
of the best books of all times.

The
first time i read this book, i really didnt see into to it as i
do now, i now realise the underlying themes of the novel, and
the society and ways of life in which the portagonist Anne
Elliot much live in, in that she could not marry the love of
her life, because her family and her friends do not agree, and
how she may never had recovered from this if it were not for
'fate'. Much better the second time round once you have a
handle on all the characters and the going ons of england in
that period.
