The Secret History
by Donna Tartt
Review of The Secret History by Donna
Tartt

The book opens
with a description of a murder; the victim knew his killers for
they were his closest friends. This griping start leads to the
story of the friendship, the build-up to the murder, the
reasoning and justification made for the act and then the
second half of the book shows the main characters battling with
guilt and the strain really begins to devour them. A super
modern day tale of morality.
