       "Imagine" is a philosophical song that everyone could relate to when it was written and as far as I am concerned will be relevant to the future generations as long as humanity exists.  What if indeed, there were no barriers between people due to the unacceptance of differences?  What if we all lived in the present and let the past go and the future unfold as it will anyway?  Without religion there would be no warfare, except for our species ridiculous inborn territorial gene that somehow can't be shaken no matter how much other parts of mankind evolve positively.  History reveals, however, the vast majority of wars have been based on religious differences or religious prosletyzing.   "Imagine" and its author were way ahead of their time.

       Best John Lennon song for sure.  Finally he dropped those other 3 bums and started making some real music.  When does the next album come out John?
