Heroes

       I have to agree that the show belongs on the list and I have to strongly disagree.

       IF (and that's a big IF) you talk only about the first season, Heroes was one of the most exciting series I have ever seen.  The way the lives of the characters were slowly interwoven and the way we slowly discovered new pieces of information, and the way the characters slowly discovered their own powers and began to see that there was "destiny" involved was incredibly thrilling.

       THEN . . . the first season finale was a bit of a letdown.  And so the great slide began.

       I don't want to go through it all but even though I stuck with the series out of nostalgia for the excitement it had once given me, I grew to feel that I was only watching out of obligation with less and less hope that the thrill could ever be reignited.

       So . .  those are my thoughts -- an incredible series that lost its way.
