South Park

       South park is absolutely not funnier than the Simpsons.  That's like saying that a fart is way funnier than a well timed, rehersed, stand up show.  Sure a fart is funnier to a small child who is unable to appreciate the sophistocation of a well planned event.  South Park is that fart.
